Calling, emailing, or sending an estimate request does not reserve a date, confirm a price, or create a service booking. A successful form submission means the email service accepted the inquiry for delivery. It does not confirm that Max has read it. Scope, price, and scheduling must be agreed directly with Max.
Estimates and agreed work
Photos and descriptions help start the discussion. Item size, quantity, weight, stairs, access, materials, and site conditions can affect the work and estimate. Before work begins, confirm the scope, price, timing, and any charges with Max. If the requested work changes, discuss the changes before proceeding.
Payment, deposits, cancellation, rescheduling, and any refund terms belong in the agreement for the job. This website does not set a universal cancellation fee or refund policy and does not accept payment.
Materials, access, and authority
Tell Max about unusual materials, access restrictions, utilities, and anything requiring special handling. Do not assume chemicals, hazardous waste, regulated materials, utility disconnection, structural work, packing, or transportation are included. Acceptance and equipment needs must be confirmed for each job.
Only arrange removal or moving of items you own or have permission to handle. Property access, required permissions, and any necessary permits should be addressed as part of the job discussion.
