Information you choose to share
An inquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, town or ZIP code, job description, preferred timing, and any photos or attachments you send. Include only what is needed to discuss the job. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, government identification, or unrelated sensitive information.
How the estimate form works
When you select “Send my request,” the website sends your contact information and job details to a server hosted by Vercel. The server checks the request and uses Resend to email it to Max’s Gmail inbox. The website does not create a customer account or keep a separate customer database. Resend and the email providers process and may retain the message and delivery records as part of their services.
The confirmation means the email service accepted the request for delivery. It does not confirm that Max has read it or that a job is booked. If sending cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your entries so you can retry or contact Max directly. Information you share by phone or email also becomes part of your inquiry. Your browser may retain autofill information under its own settings.
Why information is used
Inquiry information is used to answer questions, review the requested work, discuss estimates and availability, and coordinate services you request. It may also be needed to maintain business records, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. Sending a job inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing subscription.
Website requests, cookies, and tracking
The current website does not use advertising pixels, analytics tools, tracking cookies, or cross-site behavioral advertising. Fonts, images, and video are served with the website rather than embedded from a social platform. There are no customer accounts or online payments.
A hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, device or browser details, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Because this website does not perform cross-site behavioral tracking, a browser’s Do Not Track setting does not change its operation.
Service providers and disclosures
Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests, Resend sends inquiry emails, and Google provides Max’s Gmail inbox. These providers, along with telephone providers, process information needed to operate their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, security, or a legal claim. This website does not include features that sell visitor data or share it for targeted advertising.
Links and email applications operated by other providers have their own privacy practices. This notice does not describe those providers’ independent services.
Keeping information and asking for changes
Inquiry and job records are kept for the time needed to handle the request, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact No Limit to ask about information you provided or request a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained, and identity may need to be confirmed before a request can be handled.
Available privacy rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. Contact Max through the email or phone above to discuss a request. Do not send identification documents unless they are specifically needed and a suitable method has been agreed.
Security and children
No website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for the job. The site is intended for people arranging hauling and related services, not for children. If a child has sent information that should be removed, contact No Limit.
Changes to this notice
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. If the website adds a CRM, analytics, advertising tools, text-message automation, or online payments, this notice and any required privacy controls must be reviewed before those tools are used.
